Something heavy was on his chest. He knew it in his dream, but decided the dream was much more important. His mother was still alive in it. He managed to stay asleep for a few more minutes before something, or someone, was grabbing his shoulders shaking him. He was now half awake, but kept his eyes closed.

Vegeta glared down at Goku and gave a frustrated sigh. Goku was his best friend and all, but he could be really annoying. Why won't the moron just....wake up!? thought Vegeta as he looked down at Goku. He thought for a moment, then grinned in amusement.

He leaned down and kissed Goku.

What the heck... Incoherent thoughts were running through Goku's head as he felt something warm and soft on his lips. At first, he didn't realize what the soft feeling on his mouth was.

Then he knew.

His eyes snapped open and saw who was kissing him.

"BLAAA...." he screamed, them promptly fell off the bed. Vegeta, in a panick, flung himself over hte edge of the bed and clapped his hands over Goku's mouth, then glared at him, mouthing "Shut up, moron!" Then Vegeta saw the look of shock/boyish disgust on his friend's face at his action and began to laugh. Pretty soon he was red from the effort of staying quiet.
Goku was slightly less than amused.
After Vegeta had settled back down, he said, "You're lucky your father and brother's are heavy sleepers like you." Finally, Goku grinned. "You're a pretty good kisser, Vegeta."
"I know."
"Well, let's go before we get caught," Vegeta said as he stood up. Goku followed suit and the nine year old boys flew out of Goku's bedroom window.



The two boys were laying sprawled out in the grass after an intense sparring session when Kakarott turned and looked at Vegeta with curiosity.

"Hey Vegeta?"

"What?"

" Why did you kiss me this morning?"

Vegeta rolled over and looked at his friend thoughtfully "Because nothing else worked."

"Oh, okay" said little Kakarott.

"Hey, I think we need to be going home before everyone wakes up" mumbled Vegeta.

"Alright, well, see you tomorrow then, this time, just throw me out the window if i don't wake up."

"Gladly"

They laughed then went flying back in the direction of their seperate homes.



"Hey Kakarott, Dad's been looking for you," said Turlis.

"Why?"

"I don't know, prolly to ask you why you screamed then dissapeared this morning. Where did you go?" questioned Radditz.

"I, uhhh, went flying, thats all," lied Kakarott.

"Alright..." both said in unison, then grinned. When Kakarott was inside Radditz turned to Turlis and said "I think he has a girlfriend," then they snickered and went back to sparring.
